- 10 drops of any essential oil (choose this according to your preference)
- 1 clean spray bottle
- 1 tbsp. baking soda
- 500ml distilled water
What you do:
Using a fork, mix the essential oil and baking soda in a bowl. Pour the mixture in a clean spray bottle then fill the bottle up with distilled water and close it. Don’t forget to shake well before each use.
